                                 The National Education Day was celebrated in our college With the chief guest Dr.T.XavierBeskiArokiyaraj, Associate Professor in English, Aditanar College of Arts and Science, Tiruchendur. 

                         The chief guest gave a speech about the importance of education and also shared his duties as an educator.

                        Our College planned to conducting the Valedictory Function. For that our Principal,

Dr.P. Swamydas sir invited Thiru.K.Ephram,MA.,MEd.,Headmaster of Arulmigu Senthilandavar Government Boys Higher Sec School, Thiruchendur, as chief guest for this function. 

                

               The Chief guest share his teaching experience and he say about the value of teaching profession. At last in each group one member say about the microteaching experience.

MICRO TEACHING

                Micro-teaching is a teacher training technique for learning teaching skills. It employs real teaching situation for developing skills and helps to get deeper knowledge regarding the art of teaching. We practice the following seven skills they are

1.Skill of stimulus variation 

2.Skill of set induction 

3.Skill of explaining 

4.Skill of reinforcement 

5.Skill of probing questions 

6.Skill of blackboard usage

7.Skill of achieving closure

        The above mentioned skills are practiced during this session. We are all well trained and had a good experience.
